2022 Autumn Special Exhibition, Fukzawa Yukichi and Civil Resistance —150 Years of An Encouragement of Learning—, is Now Open!

Our 2022 Autumn Exhibition, Fukuzawa Yukichi and Civil Resistance —150 Years of An Encouragement of Learning—, opened on October 17th in the Keio History Museum’s Special Exhibition Hall.

We have been entrusted with a number of important materials from the archives of Naganuma, Narita City, for this exhibition. The oldest item on display is a map of the area dating to 1708, which was regularly used as evidence by Naganuma Village as they fought for their ownership rights over the land.
